The weather in Puerto Iguazu, nice for everyone!
The climate in Puerto Iguazu does not vary much throughout the year. Summers are very hot and mild winters aren’t extremely cold!

- Dry and cool season: it takes place during winter, specifically from May to September. The driest month is August, followed by June and July.

SUMMER HOLIDAYS IN IGUAZU
During the summer months –December, January and February– the average maximum temperatures are around 33°C, while low temperatures range from 20°C. However, moisture must also be considered, as it affects the thermal sensation quite a bit. In a nutshell, it’s hot 24 hours a day.

Meanwhile, the winter months –June, July and August– are characterized by maximum temperatures ranging from 23°C to 25°C, while minimum temperatures vary between 9°C and 10°C. In other words, pleasant climate that allows us to quietly make all visits, excursions and walks. Much better than with the humidity and heat of summer.
This tropical winter gives us a comfortable temperature between noon and the early afternoon, refreshing quite a bit for the rest of the day. The same thing happens in the evening and early in the morning. In short, the weather in Puerto Iguazu is pleasant. You won’t find extreme cold there!
AUTUMN DAYS IN IGUAZU
Autumn covers the months of March to June, during which we have a more pleasant time in the sunlight. Meanwhile, the nights are so cool that it’s suggested to wear some light coat. In short, during this season the maximum temperature is between 25°C and 27°C and the minimum is between 20°C and 23°C. WHAT SPRING IS LIKE IN IGUAZU
As for the spring, which runs from September to December, we can tell you that the weather is very hot during the noon and early afternoon. Contrary to mornings and afternoons, when you can find a more pleasant atmosphere. The nights, on the other hand, are quite cool, but still very nice. Maximum spring temperatures range from 25°C to 30°C.
